DATE : 17.06.2016 The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondents to decide the application made by the petitioner for regularization of the breach of the condition in respect of the land of the petitioner bearing Gat no.598 of village Dawwa after accepting the unearned income, within a time-frame.
Shri A.M. Joshi, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the concerned respondent would decide the application of the petitioner, as early as possible, if it is not yet decided.

Order accordingly. No costs.
