Having perused the averments in the proceedings coupled with the fact that one of the grievances of the petitioner is that his mother is also a victim of alleged irregularities in the matter of disbursement of loan amount, we are of the view that the present proceedings can be continued as Criminal Writ Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India and not in public interest. 4.
