This is an application by the claimant for permission to correct the name of husband of respondent No.2.

In the cause title the name of respondent No.2 is stated as Smt. Kamlabai wd/o Gopinath Bansod. 3.

In the application it is stated on affidavit that all the documents shows the name of husband of respondent No.2 as Shri Gopichand Bansod. In the interest of justice, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). 4.

Respondent No.2 is permitted to withdraw her share of the compensation and the same be paid to her in the name of Smt. Kamlabai wd/o Gopichand Bansod. (M.S. KARNIK, J.
