The petitioner has preferred a representation dated 04/03/2024 addressed to the Regional Officer, MIDC, Amravati thereby narrating the difficulties in the matter of submitting plan for approval and also failure to carry out the construction within the stipulated period. 2.

Shri M. M. Agnihotri, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 when confronted submits that the Court may pass appropriate orders in the matter.

In this background we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 04/03/2024 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. 4.
