DATE : 05/09/2022 The present application is filed by respondents for seeking directions to the appellant to place on record calculations after judgment dated 09/04/2019 and also for withdrawal of compensation amount on deposit of the same.

The learned Counsel for the appellant placed on record pursis along with calculation details. 3.

The total amount of Rs.14,57,339/- is deposited out of which the amount of Rs.1,60,014/- along with accrued interest is to be refunded to the appellant and for rest of the amount along with accrued interest, the respondent No.1 is entitled.

Accordingly, application is allowed.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount after verification of bank details. The amount for which appellant is entitled along with accrued interest be transferred to Reference Court, Yavatmal.
