The report states that the appellant is residing in house which is constructed under Gharkul scheme and she is getting Rs.600/- per month under Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojna. Considering the report, I am satisfied that the appellant can be permitted to file the appeal as an indigent person. The miscellaneous civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs. C.A.O. NO.608/2017 Accepting the explanation given in the application, delay of 17 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
