Perused the contents of the application. Though the learned Counsel for the respondents opposes the prayer made in the application, for the reasons stated in the application, Writ Petition No. 953/2001 is restored to file, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 500/- to the High Court Bar Library, within a period of one week.

Misc. Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
