DATE : April 15, 2016 Prayer is to permit the claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation.

Perused the impugned award. The claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on furnishing undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, the amount withdrawn shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. Balance 50% amount be permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Each of claimant would be entitled to withdraw 1/4th of the amounts as permitted.

Civil application is disposed of.
