This is an application for setting aside the judgment and order dated 27.3.2015 which was passed in Criminal Application (APL) No.404/2012. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has moved this application on the ground that he could not appear being sick and as such the matter was decided in his absence.

We have perused the judgment and order. We have considered the pros and cons of the matter and allowed the application for quashing the First Information Report. At any rate, the application for review of the judgment and order cannot be maintained in this proceeding. We, therefore, make
