The appeal is already disposed of in the Lok-Adalat. By this application, the appellant/Insurance Company seeking permission to deposit the balance decretal amount as it is not deposited within stipulated period. 3.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is permitted to deposit the balance decretal amount within a period of one week along with accrued interest.

On depositing the amount, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are at liberty to withdraw the balance compensation amount along with accrued interest, on due identification and verification.

Civil application is disposed of.
