The learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to move before the learned trial Court, afresh application.

However, he submits that in view of cancellation of bail, the order granting ad-interim anticipatory bail may be continued for one week so as to enable the applicant to surrender before the trial Court. 3.

Accordingly, the permission is granted with liberty as sought for.

It is made clear that the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2022 shall continue for one week to enable the applicant to surrender before the trial Court and thereafter, it shall stand cancelled automatically.
