By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent - University to allow the petitioner to appear at the subject i.e. embedded system in M.Sc. Information Technology Course.

By an affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the University on 9.12.2015, the University has shown its willingness to permit the petitioner to appear at the second semester examination in the aforesaid subject by way of a last chance. Shri Mourya, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, in view of the statement made on behalf of the University. In view of the statements recorded herein above, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the University to

1012wp2662.15.odt permit the petitioner to appear at the examination in the subject i.e. embedded system in M.Sc. Information Technology Course in the second semester in Summer, 2016. The petitioner should ensure that the petitioner tenders the examination form to the University within the stipulated time.
