In view of the order passed in National Lok Adalat, the First Appeal is already disposed of. In view of that the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest on due identification and verification.

Learned Advocate Ms. Radhika Bajaj submitted that applicant No.1(a) is bedridden and senior citizen and unable to attend the Court to complete the formalities and rest of the applicants are not resided at Nagpur and are unable to travel the Nagpur.

In light of the above circumstances, the Registry to carry out the verification through Video Conferencing, if the applicants applied for the same and the amount be remitted directly to the Bank account of the applicant No.1(a).

Learned Advocate further submitted that rest of the applicants waived their right in favour of the applicant No.1(a).

In view of the said statement, she has to file an appropriate consent letter showing that other applicants waived their right in favour of the applicant No.1(a), if not already filed.
