Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

In this petition, the election programme dated 3rd April, 2025 was stayed by this Court while issuing notices by the order dated 1st April, 2025. Since this Court did not permit to hold the election by granting stay, such election programme has lost its efficacy.

In that view of the matter and considering the grievance raised by the petitioner about deletion or addition of the names of the members of the petitioner No.1-Society in the voters' list, we are of the opinion that if the objection raised by the petitioners is decided by the respondent No.1-Assistant Registrar, the purpose of filing of this petition would be served. 4.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present petition in terms of Prayer Clause (i) and direct the respondent No.1-Assistant Registrar to take the decision in accordance with law, on the objection dated 7th February, 2025 and the proposal for deletion and inclusion of the members of the petitioner No.1-Society within a period of three weeks from the date of appearance of the parties. The interested members of the petitioner-Society shall appear before the respondent No.1-Assistant Registrar on 22nd December, 2025 at 11.00 a.m.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish the copy of this order to the respondent No.1 on or before 19th December, 2025. 6.

The respondent No.3-State Co-operative Election Authority, in the meantime, shall not proceed with the election of the petitioner No.1-Society till the decision of the respondent No.1-Assistant Registrar. (RAJNISH R. VYAS, J.) (ANIL S. KILOR, J.) LANJEWAR
