Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. This is an application for condonation of delay for filing the appeal before this Court. The delay is of 19 days. The applicant is the original complainant and his complaint against non-applicant No.1 that he has committed an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act is dismissed.

Mr. Jawade, learned Counsel for non-applicant No.1 has vehemently opposed the application.

After considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned Counsel for non-applicant No.1, and after having gone through the contents and the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, the application is allowed. The delay caused for filing the appeal is condoned. The application is disposed of as such.
