The learned counsel for the respondent has objected this application by filing the reply, however, considering the reasons disclosed in the application, I do not find substance in the objection raised by learned counsel for respondent. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay of 57days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal be registered accordingly. Application is disposed of.
