ATED :7th April, 2021 Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and video quality was proper. This is an application seeking directions for transfer of amount deposited by the appellants in the account of respondent no.1. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Civil Application is allowed.

The Nazir Department of Civil Judge, Lonar Court, is directed to transfer the amount deposited by the respondents herein, as per the order dated 17.06.2019 passed by this Court, with interest accrued thereon if any, in the a/c. No.041510100143968 of respondent no.1 Andhra Bank, ( now Union Bank of India : IFSC Code : UBIN 0804151) Shivaji Road, Parbhani,

s Advocate is accepted. The respondents are directed to supply the IFSC Code. The learned Advocate for the appellants undertakes to deposit the further maintenance amount in the Court of learned Civil Judge, Jr.Dn, at Lonar.

Mr. Paliwal, learned counsel for respondents submits that maintenance amount for the period between January and March 2021 has not been deposited.

Mr. Khapre, learned Advocate submits that he will instruct his clients accordingly if at all, it is not deposited in the Court, at Lonar. C.A.(S) NO. 13/2021.
