Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition in order to file statutory revision before the learned Industrial Court.

The prayer is accepted. The petitioners are at liberty to file statutory revision before the Industrial Court. If such a revision is field within a period of four weeks from today, the learned Industrial Court is expected to consider the application for condonation of delay favourably in view of the pendency of the writ petition for considerable period of time before this Court. At the time of issuance of notice, this Court has already granted interim relief in favour of the petitioner on 08.05.2014 and the said interim relief is still in operation.

crwp335.14 In that view of the matter, the interim relief shall remain in force for six weeks from today. With these observations, Criminal Writ Petition No.335/2014 is disposed of.
