DATED : 29th September, 2016 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act for disobeying the order dated 14.12.2015 in W.P. No. 6732/2015.

Shri Sheikh, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that till the contempt petition was filed, the order dated 14.12.2015 was not complied with but during the pendency of the contempt petition, the amount is computed by the respondents and the same is paid to the petitioner.
