Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel for the parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. This application is for seeking extension of validity of sanction, which was extended up to 30/04/2020.
We put the learned A.G.P. a specific question as to whether the respondents have any objection for granting extension. Statement is made that the respondents have no objection for granting extension.
We therefore extend sanction granted by a further period of eight months to operate with effect from today.
