DATED : 06/02/2023 In view of the fact that in pursuance of the impugned judgments and orders dated 17.11.2021 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati Region, Amravati in Revision No.6 of 2016 and Revision No.34 of 2013, the elections are already held, in the circumstances, the present petition has become infructuous. However, the issue as regards the membership of the petitioners and the points raised in the present petition are kept open with liberty to the petitioners to agitate the same before appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings as permissible in the law.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
