Petitioner was given time-bound appointment and has notbeen continued thereafter. Order relieving him is dated 12.1.2013. It is assailed in this petition filed on 16.4.2014.

Laches or delay are not explained. Cause of action is also not clearly spelt out. Petitioner is not in a position to point out as to what has happened to other similarly situated persons. Learned counsel for petitioner, however, submits that at Aurangabad, the Division Bench of this High Court has passed some orders in the case of similarly situated persons and he is not aware of the exact effect of those orders. 3.
If petitioner finds that he has not been treated equally or is not extended benefits as extended to those who are similarly situated, he can avail of remedy in accordance with law.
