Mr. Roshan Manohar Patil has preferred this contempt petition alleging that the respondents are in contempt of the orders dated 11-9-2023 and 17-8-2023. As far as the order dated 11-9-2023 is concerned, we hardly seen any direction which was issued to the respondents. As far as the order dated 17-8-2023 is concerned, same also does not contain any direction or any order to be complied with by the respondents. 3.

Mr. Jitesh Duhilani, learned Counsel submits that he perhaps to be not satisfied with the conduct of the petitioner in discharging his duties which has prompted him to file the present contempt petition.

Be that as it may, we deem it appropriate to dismiss the contempt petition as no case to that effect is made out.
