By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Raigarh to issue the appointment order in favour of the petitioner. The Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court would not have the jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition. If the petitioner is seeking a direction against the Zilla Parishad, Ragarh, it would be necessary for the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings at the Principal Seat.

In view of the aforesaid, we decline to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
