This is an Application for grant of stay.

In view of compliance of the order dated 31.01.2019 about deposit of the amount of compensation, the Application stands allowed, in terms of prayer Clause.

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.1887 OF 2021 3.

This is an Application for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation.

For the reasons disclosed in the Application, the Applicant/Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation upon furnishing an undertaking that if any adverse order is passed, the Applicant/Respondent No.1 shall redeposit the same as shall be directed and remaining 50% amount of compensation is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to that extent. 5.

The Application stands allowed and disposed of, in the above terms.
