The applicant was arrested on 5-1-2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Admittedly, the investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been filed before the competent Court. Hence, the following order would subserve the interest of justice. (i) Criminal Application No. 270/2015 is allowed. (ii) The applicant be released on his furnishing personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
