The only prayer made by the petitioners is for a direction against the respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Vocational Education and Training, Amravati to consider the proposal of the petitioners for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.2 and grant approval to his appointment.

Shri Thakre, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that the Deputy Director of Vocational Education and Training has decided the proposal of the petitioners and has refused to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.2. It is stated that the said decision would be communicated to the petitioners shortly. In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, we dispose of the writ petition, with no order as to costs. The petitioners would be at liberty to take up appropriate proceedings, if they are aggrieved by the order of the Deputy Director of Vocational Education and Training. Order accordingly.
