DATED : 21.02.2020 The appellant is taken in custody since he absconded even after the expiry of the period of suspension of sentence which the trial Court directed.

This Court deferred the hearing on the application for suspension of sentence, since the appellant was absconding.

Now that the appellant is in custody, this application is taken up for hearing.

The sentence is relatively short and it is possible that the appeal may not be heard finally early, considering that many appeals are fixed for final hearing in close

In that view of the matter, the substantive sentence is suspended subject to the payment of fine. 6.

The appellant be released from custody.

7.

The bail shall be as in trial Court.
