Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

Perused the impugned order. It is not in dispute that the applicant and respondent no.1 are closely related with each other and the allegation is that the daughter-in-law has committed theft of the standing crop belonging to the applicant. In view of above, I do not think, the interference should be made in the matter. Hence, I pass the following order :- Order Criminal Application No.31 of 2015 is rejected.
