DATE : 8.11.2019.
Pursis Stamp No.5487/2019 By this pursis, the Advocates representing the appellant have submitted that the appellant is not co-operating with the Advocates and is giving threats to implicate them in false case. There is nothing on record to show that the Advocates have given intimation to the appellant to withdraw the power as per the Rules. Hence pursis is rejected.
C.A.O. NO.789/2019 Neither appellant nor Advocate representing her is present. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, civil application praying for condonation of delay is dismissed for want of prosecution. Consequently, the appeal is rejected.
JUDGE JUDGE Tambaskar.
