By this application, the petitioner wants to bring on record subsequent events.

The present petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the University and College Tribunal Nagpur by which appeal came to be dismissed.

It is his contention that thereafter during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner attained the age of superannuation. Therefore, he seeks permission to add paragraph No.13.L, as well as consequential amendment.

The application is opposed by the respondents. 6.

These are the subsequent events. There is no prejudice is going to cause to the respondents. As such the application is allowed.
