None for the applicant. Ms. B.P. Maldhure, the learned AGP for the non-applicant no.2. With the assistance of learned AGP, I have examined the record of the appeal. The applicant has filed this application praying for condonation of delay of one day in filing the appeal.

Considering the facts of the case, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil Application is allowed accordingly. Civil Application St. no. 3771/2014 Issue notice returnable on 27th April, 2015.

Ms. B.P. Maldhure, the learned AGP waives notice for the non-applicant no.2.

The Collector, Jalna shall cause an inquiry on the point as to whether the applicant is holding any property and is having source of income and whether the applicant can be permitted to file appeal as an indigent person. The report shall be submitted to this Court till the next date.
