cp102.14 As the State Government has extended the benefits, looking to the nature of decision required to be taken by the State Government, we find that time taken for the same cannot be said to be wholly unjustified. As such, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The contempt petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
