Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in the interest of justice as prayed. The applicant/respondent No.3 - Power of Attorney holder is permitted to withdraw Rs.16,05,783/- along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking. The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to verify the Power of Attorney executed in favour of respondent No.3, then pay the said amount.
