After hearing the matter for sometime, we have expressed our non-inclination to entertain the application. 2.

At this stage, learned Counsel appearing for Applicant seeks for withdrawal with directions to the Trial Court to decide the case expeditiously. It is informed that already, the charge-sheet is filed and the matter is for evidence. 3.

In view of the above, the criminal application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

We request learned Trial Court to expedite the proceeding and decide the case, within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
