Shri Joshi, learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that offences registered against the applicant are under the Indian Penal Code, 1860 as well as the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and appeal is provided, therefore, he wants to withdraw the application.

Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal as provided in law.
