I have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed:

i.

Respondent no.1 - the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur shall endeavour to decide the appeal filed by the present petitioner against the order dated 9th February, 2024 passed by respondent no.2 - the Chief Executive SKNair

938-wp-2314-24(j).odt Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gondia within a period of two months from the date of appearance of the parties. ii.

The parties shall appear before the respondent no.1 - the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur on 10th December, 2024.

iii.

The interim order passed by this Court dated 4th April, 2024 shall remain in operation till disposal of the appeal.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
