The rejection of plaint on the ground that though the petitioner was directed to pay the proper court fee on the monetary valuation of Rs.1,58,76000/- vide order passed below Exh.1 dated 12.04.2022, was not complied with. Despite chances given to the petitioner, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

Admittedly, no application for restoration was moved before the Trial Court and present petition came to be filed. The reason for rejection of plaint recorded in the impugned order does not require any interference. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
