The learned Advocate for the sole respondent contends that the controversy in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 13.08.2020, passed in Writ Petition No.1953 of 2020 (State of Maharashtra...Vs...Meerabai Tekam), as also the judgment dated 07.10.2021, passed in Writ Petition No. 3932 of 2021 (State of Maharashtra...Vs...Vimal Badole).
