Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that on the backdrop of peculiar circumstances, namely the mother of the applicant is on deathbed, the prayer of the applicant for grant of temporary bail was allowed by this Court. He submits that the period of temporary bail of 10 days expires today and the applicant is present in the Court. He further submits that as the doctors expressed that there is a least chance of recovery and the health condition of the mother of the applicant is deteriorating day by day, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that considering this fact, the temporary bail granted to the applicant be extended for a period of one week.

ba.228.15 2/2 At the request of the learned Counsel for the applicant, the temporary bail granted to the applicant by order dated 10/04/2015 for a period of 10 days i.e. from 11/04/2015 to 11/04/2015 is extended by a period of one week only from today.

The applicant to surrender without fail and without seeking any further extension on 28th of April, 2015 Stand over to 29th of April, 2015.

In the meantime, the learned A.P.P to file reply. Hamdast to the learned Counsel for the applicant as well as to the learned A.P.P.
