This petition came to be filed on 28.03.2018 raising a challenge to the order revising pay-scale of the petitioner with effect from 03.04.2000. Other prayers also show that the reliefs which are sought are relating to the alleged right accrued to the petitioner in the year 2000 or 2001.

After filing of the petition, the petition was never listed before this Court for seven years and when it was listed on 25.07.2025 at the instance of the Court, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. To grant one opportunity to the petitioner to appear, the matter was adjourned for today.
