By this application, the victim is seeking directions to the family members of the appellant that they shall not in any manner communicate to her or her family members and shall not use any such kind of pressure tactics or to commit any such act to keep her in a scared condition.

As per the allegations in the application, victim has contented that since January, 2022 the wife and mother of the present appellant repeatedly calling her and mother of the appellant is also sending her friend request only with intention to build strong pressure on her. 3.
Considering the allegations levelled in the application, the family members of the appellant shall not in any manner either physically or by way of electronic media attempt to communicate with the victim or shall not made any contact with the victim till disposal of the
72.appa.348.24.odt appeal. Any single incident of reporting such incident by the victim on filing her affidavit would be sufficient to take any legal action against the family members of the appellant.

With this direction, the application is disposed of.
