DATE : 16th SEPTEMBER, 2022 This is an application seeking addition of present Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Gondia, who is now incharge of Zilla Parishad, Gondia. It is brought to the notice of this Court that during pendency of the contempt petition, the earlier Chief Executive Officer has been transferred and now the present incumbent has taken charge.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of the prayers made therein. Accordingly the officer whose name is mentioned in the application is permitted to be added as respondent in the present petition. 3.

Amendment be carried out forthwith. Application stands disposed of.
