By the present application, the applicant/appellant is seeking to condone the delay for filing restoration application.

Mr Hussain, holding for Mr Alaspurkar, learned counsel for non-applicant No.1, has submitted that Mr Alaspurkar has asked him to convey that he has no objection for condonation of delay as well restoration of appeal.

For the reason mentioned in the applications, the delay for filing restoration application is hereby condoned and for the same reason, appeal is restored to the file. 5.

Accordingly, the civil applications are disposed of. 6.

Learned counsel for appellant undertakes to file deposition within two weeks from today.
