The appellant no. 2 is present alongwith her Advocate. Learned Advocate for appellants submits that the appellant no. 1 has died on 13.01.2022. The death certificate is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The learned Advocate submits that the legal heirs of the appellant no. 1 is already on record. The respondent no. 2 alongwith Advocate is present.

The appellant no. 2 admits execution of terms of compromise contained in Form-"N".

In view of the terms contained in Form-"N", the matter is settled. Accordingly, the Award be modified in terms of compromise contained in Form-"N".

The parties are entitled to withdraw the amount. Court fee be refunded as per Rules. Pending application and Cross-objection, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
