Learned counsel Shri V.R. Deshpande for the applicant submits that within a period of two weeks legible copies will be supplied. 3.

Two weeks' time is granted to supply the legible copies subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association at Nagpur.

Learned counsel for the applicant to place on record the receipt showing the payment of costs.

Insofar as Marathi documents are concerned, the said at present the applicant need not to file the same. 6.
