Heard the learned counsel for the rival parties. The learned APP states that the charge-sheet is already filed in the Competent Court. We accept the statement. We further find that in view of filing of charge-sheet, it would be appropriate to relegate the applicants for another alternate remedy. Hence, the following order:- Criminal Application (APL) No.270/2014 is disposed of. The applicants are at liberty to take up such alternate remedy, as available in law.
