DATE : 22/09/2021 Since the impugned order was passed on a public holiday, the learned counsel for the parties are agreeable to set aside the impugned order dated 26.05.2021 and remand of the matter to the Respondent No.1, for deciding afresh, within a stipulated period of time, accepting which statement, the impugned order dated 26.05.2021, is quashed and set aside. The matter is remanded back to respondent no.1.

The parties shall appear before Respondent No.1 on 27.09.2021. The Respondent no.1 shall decide the matter finally within a period of two weeks therefrom. During the

wp1910.21.odt above period, the order of status quo as granted by this Court on 10.6.21 shall continue. It is made clear that all issues are kept open.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

C.P. NO.209/2021 In view of the above, the Contempt Petition does not survive.
