Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the non-applicant has withdrawn the petition which is sought to be transferred by the present application. Therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the present application.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant submitted that since the petition filed by the non-applicant became infructuous, therefore, the said petition came to be withdrawn. 3.

Be that as it may, the fact remains that as of today, no petition is pending before the Family Court at Nagpur, therefore, the application does not survive and permitted to be withdrawn. 4.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
