The appeal is already disposed of on 07-02-2020. Already this Court has permitted the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest as per order dated 09-03-2021.

The respondent no.1 is no more.

In view of the pandemic situation, the respondents are unable to attend the Court. Hence, the following directions. (a) The Nazir is directed to transfer the remaining amount of Rs.37,10,153/- long with accrued interest in the individual bank account of respondent nos. 2 to 5 equally.

(b) Application is disposed of.
